Late delivery

Always look forward to reading the paper in the morning. OC Register does a great job! Only complaint is that home delivery comes a little too late. Usually arrives between 7:30 and 8:00 and would like it by 7:15 am!
Love the content, hate the app

First of all, I can only read two articles at a time before the app plays an ad that always freezes the app. Second, move the menu to the left side of the screen like every other app. Improve stability please!

Frustrating to select a news story only to be hi-jacked by video commercial. What appears to be a lot of content is same stories repeated in different sections. One more video commercial pop up and will delete app.
Hard to find what you’re looking for

Can’t find news and high school sports. I’d gladly pay for a news paper and service but not for what’s being offered.
Hard to find specific stories
No junk calls
Is the “search” hidden or even included? Where is the Home & Garden section? Looking for article in main paper today and can’t find a major, front page article. I don’t want to read only what the Reg editors (?) think o want to see.

Why can’t you make an electronic paper the same as the paper version. No wonder why your rating is 1 to 1.5.

Three times in 10 days the paper is not here by 8:00. Does the Register care. Apparently not!! I’ve called each time. So I thought I’ll read it online. Don’t bother. It’s just articles without the look and feel of a newspaper. PITIFUL. we also take the Desert Sun from Palm Springs online. What you get is an app that looks like the newspaper. And if you want to see anything from prior issues it’s available. OC Register fails in both?

My neighbor kindly shares his daily paper with me so you may read this with a jaundiced eye. I very much appreciate reading stories written by your high caliber contributing reporters. However, I equally enjoy the listed columns. I could be persuaded to purchase online (with advertising) only if they were to be included.
