Obé has been a lifesaver and it is easy to do the workouts in any space, even a small apartment. I enjoy the variety of classes offered and have tried numerous classes I’d never done before Obe, like Barre.

Quality instructors and classes. I love the filter search for classes and the ability to save/heart a class. I really wish there was a way to privately rate classes, instructors, and provide more specific feedback.

TOTAL SCAM! Deplorable subscription policy.

I used a 3 month voucher I earned as points from another app and at checkout they ask you how you want your subscription to continue after the trial. 1 month, 3 months or yearly. I picked 3 months (quarterly). After I signed up I noticed that my quarterly choice didn’t “stick” and it defaulted to 1 year, so I changed it to quarterly. At this point they charged me the full $65 quarterly fee ON THE SAME DAY MY FREE TRIAL STARTED. Further, when I contacted customer support for a refund they said “we mention on our website” that quarterly isn’t available for free trials. BUT I had already enrolled in a quarterly free trial. I switched it because of an error in THEIR system. Further, I was never informed that this would nullify my free trial and that I was going to be charged. What a horrible and shameful scam. Businesses like this don’t deserve anyone’s money. UPDATE: their customer support is total BS and doesn’t even bother to follow up when you question their practices/policies. As a UX designer I am fully aware of how their flow is designed to mislead customers. I asked them to explain/ justify this to me and received no reply for over a week. They just charged me $65 on the day I signed up for a 3 month free trial with my earned WW points and take no level of ownership or responsibility for honoring this agreement as any credible business would.

It’s extremely annoying to try to cancel your subscription as you can’t do it online and at anytime so be sure you want this before paying.

I love this app! The instructors are motivation, the classes are fun and there is a huge variety. Especially loving the stretches during WFH.

I have always loved working out at home with videos but typically run into two demotivating walls: not enough variety/refresh of content and web/video classes too long (45-60 min which I just can’t get pschyed for). Obé manages both with its format. Endless variety and classes at 30 min. Plus you don’t have to have much equipment around, and what is used is inexpensive/doesn’t require much room. Not all the instructors cue well, that’s the truth, but I still have found several who are just excellent (Sam G., Tiffani, Liz, Dorian, Melody) and I’m discovering new favorites as I go. Also, I can forgive a lot since these classes are recorded live. Evan my husband, who is not real adventurous when it comes to fitness, enjoys several types of classes with me (HIIT, Cardio Boxing, Strength/Power). Just sign up for the subscription via the app/Apple and you won’t have to worry about canceling. Is a free trial really with the hassle of having to CALL to cancel later?? Use your heads friends!

Hard to cancel free trail. No 15-20 min videos

You can’t cancel your subscription without calling their limited hours and limited days phone line. So if you work or are busy and not on EST you might find it hard to cancel before you’re charged. Also there are no 15 -20 min videos, only 10 or 30 (or longer) which is a shame if you want more than a 10 min single focus ‘sprint’ but don’t have half an hour.

Are you serious this is the worst app ever every time I try to work out it’s a error and they were so disrespectful did not help at all do not recommend. I am so upset I wasted $100 on this and I couldn’t even get a refund Grr so mad right now and that was for my tuition money my goodness and have to kids and I’m pregnant sigh and this is all going on my gosh I’m trying to work out with a baby so I could be in shape don’t recommend at all horrible I wasted so much money and it’s almost Christmas my daughter wanted $100 gift. OMG so mad oh am OMG GGGGO. Don’t recommend hate you.

Doesn’t work with iOS 14!

I updated my phone and now the app doesn’t work. I restarted my phone. Deleted the app and installed. Still doesn’t work
