The overall UI is outdated. But features is what makes the app worth it. I don’t like the fact that you got to pay $10 for each year of make and model of your vehicle. OBDLink gives you access to their whole list when you purchase the obd link MX+. This device cost twice as much as any other obd reader. I personally got the Veepeak and it works great as mentioned in other reviews. I would rather pay a one time $50 fee for example for obd fusion and gain access to the whole Toyota list per say. Until then my review stays at 3 stars.

Had it in my little Ram1500 ecodiesel only since yesterday. I can now monitor boost pressure, exhaust-gas temps before and after turbo pretty easily. There are a couple dozen other parameters I could watch if I do chose. I haven’t demanded that many additional interrogations and answers, so, I don’t know what it takes to overload it and get slow updates, but, for what I want to watch, this little system seems to work pretty well. Wrote those first paragraphs a few months ago. Since then, I’ve used it to identify and clear a “DPF” clogging code, due to a couple of cases of excessive idling time. Updates could be quicker, though. Nowhere near as fast as analog. Might need another few microWatts of transmitting power. A strong household WiFi nearby will prevent a connection. Perhaps an updated design incorporating a USB port capable of phone-charging and direct data communication would be workable.

I purchased this app along with one of the good obd2 device already suggested in this app. Also obd manufacturer suggests this app too. Never worked, either nothing found during the scans or O2 sensor error reported. No engine light was on but I kept getting o2 sensor error with this app and vedpeak obd2. I returned Bluetooth obd and purchased different one works with cable like old school devices and that device reported speed sensor error. Not only said speed sensor, it was reported as “rear left wheel speed sensor”. Trying to get my money back.

Excellent app, inside and out. After trying Dash Command and Torque, had to settle on OBD Fusion for its best in class accuracy. Add to that excellent customer service with timely and actually relevant responses which is hard to come by these days. Thank you for an amazing app, and keep up the good work guys!

No Gauge for transmission temp. Wanted this app for long trips and mountain climbs to monitor transmission temp and other things.

Love it so far. Though it’s missing the letter gauges for the other information like door or trunk warnings

Used and loved this app almost daily for the last 2 years with a VeePeak BT OBD2 reader ?. The customization is fantastic, and the dev team is committed to maintaining this solid app! Very happy with my investment!

I love the app and all the features but I can’t get it to connect to my iPhone using the veepeak ble 4.0 or else I would have better things to say I’ve tried time and time again following the instructions and searching online
