This is a easy to use real estate application that allows users to filter their searches for apartments in a number of ways. The app is easy to browse and each listing provides valuable information to the decision process. Naked Apartments separates itself from other real estate applications in being more lifestyle oriented allowing you to take notes when apartment hunting, messaging with agents and most importantly to me, providing a guide to renting in the city. Well worth a download for any person looking to rent in the Big Apple.
Bait and Switch

None of the listings I’ve seen are real. All are priced way below market without an actual address. When you reach out, they ask you your price range and tell you that place you inquired about is taken but they’ll show you other places.
Can’t even sign in.

The most basic functionality for an existing user doesn’t work. I can’t log in! The button does nothing.

Most of the apartments on here have already been rented. The inventory needs to be updated in real time. Brokers just want to show their units and use better units as a bait and switch

A two bedroom listing should be just that, two bedrooms. Not one. Not convertible one. Agents who mislead shouldn’t be allowed to list. period. It’s the only city in America where bait and switch is an accepted practice.

They put a listing for an apartment but they never respond which is make me wonder If it’s fake website or apps. When 1 or 2 people got back to me they never got back again after they found out my race. Don’t know why racism or what not sure.
