Best real estate app/site for NYC period, been told that by many realtors and it's true. ONE SUGGESTION - When you save searches, would be sick if you can custom name the search. There's not really a point of making multiple saved searches because you can't customize the label, they all look the same..

This app is awesome because it gives me everything I need for my apartment search! However, I do wish the crime rate for each neighborhood was included. Nonetheless, great app!

The app works well but prepared to be bothered with emails forever. I have "unsubscribed" and "turned off" emails and all communications but still the emails keep coming. It's really unfortunate that companies still feel the need to make your lives worse even after offering a positive experience.
Nice apartments Realtors may email but never call or answer calls

Phone is a convenient way to communicate but these realtors seem no to think so.
Filters don't work

Finding the unit that has all our must-haves (hence why they're called "must-haves") is probably among the most important for home seekers ... BUT filters do not work properly on this app (works on streeteasy, fyi). If I selected that I want IN-UNIT LAUNDRY, that should be a checked off amenity for all the units shown. I'm being shown units with laundry in building as well, which I do not want. If I were open to either, don't you think I'd select both? This app definitely needs to be fixed by some more qualified and talented software engineers.

Would be a great app(5 stars) if you could hide the apartments you've decided not to view. Other than that it has everything you need to hunt for the apt you've always wanted.
