Good but has flaws

I love that I can login and check my account balance, quickly see the last 10 transactions, run reports and take care of other issues. What I DON'T like is the app doesn't hold my login info and I have to enter my username & password every time. Every. Single. Time. I really hope they fix that issue.

What I would like to see: 1-the app leaves you logged in automatically, put in Touch ID. 2-show pictures of your car passing the rolls you take. 3-too many problems where the service is unreachable and you can't login.
Works but design is stuck in the past

I only use this for looking at my account activity and balance which works fine. YMMV on the other functions that I didn't test. Despite my complaints (below), I'll give it a 4/5 since it gets the job done with minimal hassle and no obvious bugs. Complaints: 1. Does not have native support for larger screen "Plus" phones, i.e. the iPhone 6/6s/7 Plus. The app still works but the phone is forced to go into a low-resolution mode. Not a deal breaker but it's tacky. 2. Uses out-of-date design widgets/styles. The app looks like it was written to fit in with iOS 4/5/6's look and feel. Again, not a deal breaker but it's tacky and makes the app appear to be stuck several years in the past. 3. No Touch ID support. Touch ID has been supported since the iPhone 5s (Sep. 2013). The app does not support it despite the developers having 3+ years to do so. Instead you have to either log in with username/password or a 4 digit PIN. The 4 digit PIN isn't bad but a fingerprint would be more secure and convenient.
Fix Account Alert Error

I had a toll that didn't get billed to my account over 1.5 years ago, I paid the charge but every time I log in it always shows an account alert. Please fix this error.

I've had this app on my phone for 5 days and trying to regularly login. It has never worked - something about server unavailable.
No touch ID??????
Two dayz overdue
It's 2017, update your app already...pin #'s are so old. Touch ID is way more convenient.
Can nickname tags!

Love the feature to "name" the tags instead of looking at tag number or license plate. Working fine for me so far.
