Luv my phone
This app should be pulled from the App Store. why offer an app if your servers are always down. It does not even deserve 1 star.
Worthless

When I try to use the app I constantly get errors saying that the server is unreachable. I have contacted customer service but their solution was for me to use the web site instead. The web site isn't any better. Get a TxTag instead.
What's with this design?

Constantly makes you login, no save login option, no Touch ID. The UI is clunky and inconsistent. Really bad app.
So far, pretty good except for the log in every time thing

Fix that so we can stop the whining. I was able to quickly log in and download my monthly statements for my expense reports so that was really cool. Doesn't take away the fact that we hate the NTTA like Luke hates the Empire. May the NTTA and the politicians that are profiting off of our backs have their armpits infested with the fleas of a thousand camels.
Login EVERY time

Really annoying that you have to log in EVERY time you open the app. There is no option to save password or use Touch ID. App itself is outdated, looks like something that would've been on the 1st gen iPhone.
Good app & better with latest update

I use this app to check my balance and add money to my account. I like the new features with the latest update. There was an issue downloading this last update but after I reset my phone the update went thru. Still have to login to my account thru the website occasionally but majority of the time I use the app.

Maybe it's better than it's been, but it's still bad. It doesn't conform to iOS HUI guidelines, doesn't use the iOS username/password sign-in APIs for services like 1Password, and didn't actually work to activate/deactivate a vehicle for DFW toll use. Time to delete.
Pointless if you want a traffic update.

Don't bother with the download unless you are only interested in knowing where the tollbooths are.
