Lots of Potential but Frustrating Limitations
Mark in Brooklyn

For taking notes within enterprise security restrictions, this is actually pretty good. You can make basic notes, but also draw, write, take pictures, record audio etc. As a standalone app, it works well although it has crashed a couple of times on me. When it comes to sync and connectivity, things start to get frustrating. It syncs with Outlook Notes, but they are so basic that only text and some limited formatting is supported. Forget images, audio or even basic text formatting beyond bullets and paragraphs. Notes can apparently be exported to PDF, but Docs@work and bizarrely Email+ fail to show as a sharing option for me. My other non-enterprise apps all show as sharing options, but I can’t due to security restrictions (which I’d expect). So far I have not managed to figure out how to get content from the application to my work desktop (aside from the text in Outlook notes). Finally the spell checker is buggy. For me it shows every word as being incorrectly spelled, which leads me to believe the language setting is incorrect, but I don’t see any option to change that other than to switch it off completely. Overall, a nice note taking application, but needs a little more work to become more useful.
