Website continue to freeze would not notarize on other software had to switch software’s not as easy to follow as I thought it was going to be.

Notarize was extremely helpful and quick! That said, the app is broken. I had to ask my notary to refresh the document 5 or so times because it wouldn’t let me add my signature. She was extremely patient because she was used to peoples phones and tablets not working. If your employees expect the app not to work, you need to fix the app!

Honestly shocked how well the app and service worked. Truly Phenomenal. Save yourself the trip and use this service! Completely surprised. Takes less than 5 min on average.
