Cheap prices = cheap airlines!

Planes are always late, not like 30 minutes, but often for hours. 20kg max per luggage is an impossible task. They are charging for any kg above that weight at crazy prices. Seats are smaller than a matchbox :( Meal (can we call that snack instead?) all in one box. You get what you paid for!
Does not show Reservstions

Don’t expect this app to help you if you’ve made your reservations through somebody like Expedia. It does not show your reservations. Pretty much useless.
Antiquated check in system

Did you know that Norwegian cannot transfer your luggage to the next flight when you have booked separately a connecting flight with Norwegian? You have to take out the luggage in Oslo from Bergen and then recheck it again to continue with the same airline!! You also have to go through security again! Who designed this antiquated check in system? All other airlines can do this. Delta, AA, SAS, Southwest etc. it’s time Norwegian accepts there are 2000 century software systems available. I’ll try SAS next time
Used to be a great App but crashes whenever I open now

Looked through some of the reviews and truly felt like someone had to straighten things up. This app contains absolutely every feature you need for your flight. First, the basic ones: (1) Book a flight, and; (2) find an overview of all upcoming flights after logging into your Rewards account. You can add add-ons for your flight, like baggage, fast track, meals, upgrades, and more. You can also cancel or reschedule flights, order a rental car, check inn, select seats, add boarding card to your Wallet so that you don’t have to carry around your paper ticket at security and the gate, find info about your destination, sign up for iOS push notifications for updates to your flight, and find route details for departing and arriving flights at every airport (with ETAs and details on whether the flight is on time). It’s been years since I wrote an app review, but I feel like Norwegian truly deserves it. I’m a frequent traveler and I would say that they have revolutionized my travel experience for trips to Europe. Tickets are cheap (for both Eco and Premium), service is great—especially with the on-board ordering system for snacks and drinks—they have a great route network, their Rewards system is the best (with 30 flights per year I now have free seat reservations, free fast track, free checked baggage, 4% extra CashPoints, and I’m still sometimes paying as little as $300-350 round-trip from SF to London), and their Premium cabin has the best Premium Economy seats of any airline I’ve flown with (that is 20+ world-wide). If you’re flying long-distance from US to Europe, fly with Norwegian. That’s my advice.
