Clumsy, and bad

kdsksklke

Sometimes the vpn server doesn’t respond, and it turns off every app on my device for no reason for an indeterminate amount of time. The browser is terrible, just monitor chrome or something. Everything about this piece of crap is annoying.

TERRIBLE

madcustomer458

My parents installed this onto my new iPhone a month ago. I have a curfew from 9 at night until 6 the next morning. During this time most of my apps are blocked. Multiple time I have gone on my phone after 6 in the morning to find my apps haven’t returned. My mom used to be able to fix it but this time they have disappeared and won’t come back. It has been two days and still nothing. Do NOT get this app.

Nothing I have tried works

1912Titanic

My mother downloaded this app to restrict certain websites which I understand, and set my time restriction to 7:00am to 8:00pm. It has been five days since we downloaded this app, and nothing has worked on my device. When my mother tried to put in the override code the app was not shown on my device, so she was unable to change anything on my device. She then tried to change it on her phone but again nothing she tried worked. I do not recommend this app

Works Well

Should Have "Checked" First

Got Norton a few months ago after my kids complained about Mobicip (and they were right). So far so good. The profiles were easy to put together, the kids are able to view what they want to view, I have guardrails up and I get a weekly report. I wish it would have more functionality with iOS and a PC, but it is what it is and you know that when you buy it. It recently went haywire on my son’s iPad but I don’t know of an app that is bug-free and I am confident we will work it out (when he finds his iPad that he left at his friends). Overall, I have been happy with it.

I don’t like it

Lil Tayfoot

It has the big gay

this is amazing!!!

I love kitties!!!!!

this absolutely helped me and my family loose trust in each other! i have complete control over every aspect of my child's life! he doesnt need independence! hes thirteen but i cant trust him with anything so im going to socially handicap him by not allowing him on any websites that i dont like and make it impossible for him to do anything! arent i the best parent for forcing my child to have no privacy and being able to track wherever he is all the time? its so fun to know everything my child has ever done! seriously. this is legitimately the best way to prove how little you deserve children. this app messed me up and was part of the reason i was nearly driven to suicide. this is how you mess up a kid.

Non-functions on current iOS

Azroadie

I spent about five hours with Norton support (on 4/15/2020) and it turns out the app is not updated for iOS 13x. The installation are wrong and can’t be completed (restriction) feature moved to screen time and the app doesn’t account for this). Once we figure this out, were able to get some minor “functionality. Phone locking feature does not work consistently. When it does, the unlock completely fails so once it’s locked. You have to completely remove supervision to unlock. Hope an update makes this a functioning app.

Terrible takes away every sense of privacy

person who acually cares

Takes away ever sense of privacy that a kid has makes them not think they can have a conversation without being watched and stalked terrible invasion of privacy and all you helicopter parents think y’all are so cool and clever doing all of you really are just destroying your familys relationship overall terrible app terrible way to “take care” of your kids terrible hate it terrible app stupid invasion of privacy

Messed up everything

Reidisaboss

Only used it for one thing: turning off the phones from bedtime until morning. Every morning, the apps were all completely rearranged on the home screen, both kids had to re-log in to several apps, and all the settings for every app were reset (ie notifications, location services, etc.). No apparent way to fix this. Would not recommend at all.

If I could give zero stars I would

This is a complete waste of time and an invasion to privacy
