Can’t use websites

Websites keep telling me I have to turn of my ad blocker to view the website. I guess it blocks ads by blocking websites altogether? ??♂️ Back to Firefox Focus I guess....

I frequently enjoy listening to music while reading articles online. But the constant barrage of ads caused my Spotify music to be paused every time an ad loaded. It had me at my wits end. I was ready to chuck my phone out the window. Then it occurred to me to see if an ad blocker would help. I couldn’t be happier with this one. Now ads don’t load. My music keeps playing. I can even read articles more efficiently as they utilize the entire screen now that they aren’t full of ads. I can’t believe the app was free. It also doesn’t contain any ads itself. That’s a refreshing thing to see in this day and age. Can’t recommend this enough if you like surfing the web while enjoying some tunes.
Enable content blockers in two places.

Great product, although you should enable Content Blockers in GENERAL as well as SETTINGS FOR WEBSITES, for the full effect. It really does work!

I don’t know how there’s so many positive reviews it doesn’t work as intended and I still see ads in safari

This app has increased my quality of life on the internet. Reading anything digital has become a challenge with dancing and flashing advertisements. Now I can enjoy reading uninterrupted without getting dizzy. I am doubling my star rating to 10.
