Northern Frustration
I was going on my second year of service with Norton. Didn’t have any issues until I changed my phone number. I couldn’t access my account. Contacted customer service and they said I would have to set up a new account because of the two factor authentication (?). Anyway, I asked why can’t they just change it to my new phone number. They said they can’t do that. Never received an answer as to why. I’m very frustrated. Asked them for a phone number. After a few tries of asking for a phone number to talk to someone, they finally gave it to me and said the answer would remain the same, no refund and I would have to set up a new account. As a customer, I am supposed to trust these guys? Absolutely NOT! I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give negative stars, it would. Never seen a customer service like this. I would caution people before using this company. Ultimately, it’s your decision.

Easy installation, setup and to use. I absolutely love it! No more pop-ups or worrying about the level of security the WiFi you are using, wherever it may be. It amazes me how many people see no need to have any protection, many don’t even require a password. Norton /LifeLock erases the need for concern of any WiFi vulnerabilities. Great product!

This app, along with other Norton services, delivers exactly what it offers. After having my debit card number hacked I researched all available protection for electronic devices and Norton had the most promising features. Blocks ads extremely well, I just wish the parent manager app was more straightforward to use because it is NOT user friendly. Everything else in my 360 premium plan is excellent. I had another popular name brand “M” antivirus program years ago and it slowed down everything. Norton doesn’t slow down my devices at all. I sincerely hope that Norton will invest in all of their apps to improve/combine/discontinue the apps that are redundant. It would help with ease of use and eliminate confusion in which apps are necessary to install and which ones are premium features.

Does not appear to work on iPad 5th generation. I tried to follow the instructions, but they are out of date. However, while I was finally able to activate it, I still got lots of really annoying ads. These advertisers don’t seem to understand that the more annoying they are, the less likely I am to actually buy their products! In spite of this, I use Norton quite successfully on my other MS-based devices. Please update this app. Thank you.

I love this app!! I have this app on both my iPhone and my iPad and it works wonders!! I give this app five stars because it stops ads from slowing down devices. I don't burn up my data and my bills are lower. I recommend everyone get this app. I have had this app for a couple of years now and it’s the best out there at stopping stuff. I highly recommend this app!! Hey when is there going to be a free update to this app?? Needs one!!
