This app is terrible, tried to take pics of the northern lights last night and couldn’t get one decent photo with this app, my normal phone camera got a better pic. What a waste of money, don’t bother.

This app is a waste of money. Buy the other app that’s good for NorthernLights to try instead. Couldn’t capture any speck of northern lights I saw. I had high hopes, but it let me down big time in a moment of need.

It was hard to use. I didn’t get it to work that night I purchased it.

I got just what I expected. I used the app with an iPhone 6 on an inexpensive tripod. I had a remote shutter release but didn’t need it. The app allows you about a second or so then tells you to hold still. Plenty of time to move away. Yes the pics are a little grainy but decent and I was able to use my iPhone!

Took a chance on this app as I was going to Iceland to see aurora lights. Figured 99 cents wouldn't be the end of the world if it didn't work, but to my pleasant surprise, this app took decent pictures of the aurora lights!! I say decent because quality can't really compare to a nice digital camera. I compared the stock camera app to this app and this one definitely showed better results ?

I love how simple this app is. It does one thing and one thing well. I went to Alaska earlier this month and picked up this app on the way. It took a few tries to capture the northern lights (too much light and my hands were not steady), but was very happy with the results!!!!

I've taken great pictures with this app at an art festival at night, it's actually pretty impressive! One little improvement suggestion though - have a way to access the pictures taken with the app instead of going to the photo gallery.
