Still a little buggy

Although I can search for apartments and filter results, I can't seem to log in to my account. Also, the app doesn't seem to have a filter for Prospect Lefferts Garden yet.

As a concept, connecting renters to owners Nooklyn is great! And I may have found a potential place but the app itself is so glitchy and has so many bugs!

I downloaded this app, and nooklyn is a great company. I used them to find my apartment in bushbuck and studio in Williamsburg where I do my work. Very fast, always on top of all the great places until you find your dream spot.

The concept of this app is nebulous and kind of awful. (I don't know what I expected from an app that simultaneously thrives off of gentrification and makes their logo a tipi, but one does what one must when their lease is about to expire.) I don't know why I'd bother to use this for finding apartments when a host of other services (streeteasy, naked, etc) do the job better, so I really joined this to find roommates. The problem is that you can't actually sort by gender, budget, pet-friendliness or absolutely anything that would really determine whether or not you'd be compatible flatmates; only neighborhood, that's it. I imagine that a Nooklyn rep would tell me, between exhausted drags on an American spirit and bites of a roast human thigh, that this is because the crux of their service is to be "[neighborhood/community]-oriented" or something, but ultimately, adding more filters into their algorithm is the only thing that would make this app of use. Right now it doesn't really do a lot, especially since it seems like a lot of their users are new to Brooklyn and wouldn't really have a strong preference about which specific neighborhood they live in (you can only select one in your profile...). Two stars for extremely basic functionality. I'm waiting on the OkCupid for roommates.

who needs an app that doesn't work as intended? i can't browse anyone's profile (links won't stay open), including my own, or see any of my messages. and the support team? also useless!

I was super excited to download this app but there are a few bugs. When you click on one of the "mates" it's opens and then closes right back out to the original screen. Along with editing your own "Mate" profile. Overall a cool app but the bugs are a pain in the neck.

I have used the web site before and it is streamlined and easy to use. I just downloaded the app and can view things on the go. I love the message feature on the app making it easy to communicate with agents. It's perfection!
