DONT WORK WITH NOOKLYN

The app work fine for what it is, but I’d HIGHLY advise not working with this company. Nearly every apartment I was shown had visible signs of damage, and they just ran out the clock until I was forced to take an apartment. There were sizable surprise fees, and I ended up in a place with a known leak I was not informed of, but the super has been dealing with for 2 years. It’s honestly just a scam to trick you into taking the apartments no one else will.
The worst

An app that tries to be modern and minimal but lacks actual functionality. My leases don’t even show up on the app. I had to go back to the website which is a event worse nightmare to use. Asks for deposit upfront before you apply for apartments.

I just downloaded the app and it crashes everytime I try to open it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled with no luck. Doesn’t work.
