Perfect Bible App

I have been using this app extensively for years. I can make notations complete with tags, highlight text, and easily copy text to a document for other uses. Instead of sitting with a number of resources all around me, everything I need is here at my fingertips. With the Complete Word Study Bible I can see the meanings of words in the original text. The Resource Center features are great for more in-depth study, and the number of resources, including books by authors such as Francis Chan, available allows the accumulation of quite a library. It has all my resources keyed to the text I am currently reading. I can even have a second version (I have several) displayed for a parallel Bible experience.

Use it on phone & iPad complimentary to Windows based study software. Has a lot of good tools for study. Would recommend (use Greek, Hebrew & English versions)

Olive Tree NIV ++

This app is titled NIV but has the full flexibility of Olive Tree software. This is a real app, not just a web scraper. It is very intuitive and acts exactly the way you hope it will: cross referencing pops-up and you can slide to the verses before and after while seeing your original passage, all of the references are in the library exactly where needed, searching is great, the paid add-ins are wide in breadth and extremely well integrated into the app. Great work!

I can choose from many reading plans and I get reminders. I can find anything when I search. This really like this Bible!

NIV Bible by Olive Tree

This is a five star app and my go to Bible app. The rating is one star because the current version no longer provides the "Book View." The rating will be upgraded to five stars as soon as Olive Tree restores the Book View Theme or setting. Please provide an option in Settings to change the default olive green color scheme to a user chosen color scheme. Also please remove the floating bar at the top. It’s distracting, deplorable, and time wasting. Thanks for your consideration.

They have plans you can start about anything you need help in life and you read a little everyday! It really helps you connect with God and Jesus. I think it’s a great app if you want to start back in reading the Bible and getting connected again!!
