Best cross platform GTD app

I'm guilty of being a task-app junkie. Spend too much time trying apps and not enough time doing real work. I've used this app consistently over the last year and love it. Both web and iOS. Keep the updates coming and please add the Activities menu support so tasks can be added from other apps.

Outstanding app!

A beautiful app. It is quick, syncs beautifully with the web app. This is a real winner, folks. If you are a GTD person, Nirvanahq is the way to go. You won't be disappointed. 11/19/2016: The new update is outstanding! Is is the absolute best GTD app out there! Cheers!

Still no iOS sharing

Spoke with Nirvana support over a year ago regarding app integration and was told that iOS sharing feature was in the project list. Being able to send emails, notes, etc straight to nirvana inbox within other iOS apps is invaluable for productivity. Please make this happen.

Great GTD app!

I have used Nirvana for about 3 years. This is the best version of the iPhone app yet! The new design is very nice.

My go-to GTD app.

Perfect for GTD. Excellent web app that you can access on windows or mac. Mobile apps are speedy and the interface is nice.

Better!

I like the update. How about watch app?

Almost a 5...

I love that this app syncs across a web-based platform so I can sync to my PC at work, my Mac at home and everything in between. The workflow is clean and very GTD. My only wish - the was an Apple Watch capability to see your focus items and to dictate items to my inbox!

Simple and straightforward

The recent update improved an app that was already very good! Hoping the next enhancement includes integration with Outlook and the ability to include attachments.

Almost a great productivity app

I loved Nirvana at first! But I had to switch because of the reoccurring tasks feature. The app lets you create repeating tasks but if you don't complete them the day they're scheduled then Nirvana still continues to make copies of the task anyway. This is really annoying for daily tasks (ex: taking vitamins) & repeating tasks that you might not have time to do every time they're scheduled (ex: exercising every morning.) My next & focus lists were quickly flooded with duplicate copies of the same task. It's also really confusing to change/edit/delete the repeating task because you have to find the original copy of the task to make any changes which is very difficult with 10 new copies of the same task. But other than that I really loved this app & its the best GTD app I've seen. I wish they would make it a priority to change the repeating tasks feature but they said "it's not on our focus list at this time." I want to come back to Nirvana but just like most people, there are many reoccurring tasks in my personal & professional life and Nirvana makes these tasks overwhelming & difficult to manage.

Best GTD- centric app, period

Test drove them all, 30+ hours scouring the app landscape for the best cross-platform app that held true to ALL of the GTD principals and this is it. Nirvana has features and functions lacking to be sure, but no other app captures the heart and every element of GTD like this one. Most apps get the main theme of categories, contexts, next actions, etc.then run wild with features (collaboration, ghannt charts, reporting, smart lists, blah blah blah) and end up over-complicating. Sometimes more is just more. Mind like water isn't "more", it's just using what you have effectively. This is the GTD APP YOU WANT.
