Tournament Crashing will stunt progress

I reviewed this game and somehow my review disappeared. Keeping it short. This is a decent game. Nowhere near on par with other turn based squad battle games, but still enjoyable. Recently over the last month many including myself have experienced crashing and mostly during tournament. This is how we get the majority of materials that build characters. But the constant crashing causes progress loss and even some tokens that are used to revive characters. So right now this game is pretty much bricked until they fix it. It’s been over a year since their last update. I cancelled my membership due to the constant crashing. Maybe the developers are trying to kill their support for this game and this is their way to do it. If enough of the user base have cancelled subscriptions, then the game isn’t making enough money to justify continued support. And they can easily abandon the game. Taking with it all the money anyone invested in packs or energy or what have you. They know about the crashing because it has been reported. They suggest that you close down other apps, etc. Nothing they recommend works. This game is unofficially Dead.

Ok so I leveled up some of my best characters and it won’t let level up further until I get a lot of dna for them and it will take days I would like it if Ludia could lower the amount of dna I need for my characters
Resets and Uses too much battery

I downloaded yesterday and noticed if I closed and went in about my day, when I returned all my progress was gone and returned to level 7. All acquires characters were erased and I had to start over Additionally, it would use nearly 54% of my battery and cause the phone to heat up drastically. Nearly burns my hands to the touch (even without the cover). Please update these bugs cause I really think this game could do very well.
