This game is constantly crashing, freezing, or just flat out not work. You’ll get to a certain point in a level, the game will freeze and then immediately close itself. Then when you go back into the game, the resources you used for that level are gone and if you don’t have enough to fight again you have to just wait. Also, when Ludia loads new content on to the game it often times doesn’t work and you can’t even select the content. Lastly I logged on one day and my entire account was wiped clean. The game just decided to delete everything and start me from scratch all over again. I had to email Ludia (this is the third time) to reload my account. This game is a lot of fun, or at least it could be if it didn’t break and crash all the time.

I like this game, but I do have some personal issues with it. First is how to gain characters, because it’s seems hard enough just to get 1 or 2 shards of one character and other characters you can’t get through normal means. Another issue is the enemy AI they gain instant turn meter and actually do a lot of damage. Sure as you progress they get stronger, but they seem to OP depending for instance the Gauntlet. I would have rated this 3 stars, minus one star for each issue but I still like it so 4 star rating. Before I forget for my issues, I don’t do Facebook I never intend too, so I hope you have an alternative means of saving account data, however I thank you for finding my original account back then when I was forced out of it.

Most games let you get a decent roster and decent start before asking money. This game gets you to the final battle in act 2 and then you won’t beat the boss till level 12 even tho he’s level 8 and even then it’s still chance. Unfair RNG. You attack once they attack up to 5 times. It’s rigged and after you win it asks for a subscription fee of 9.99$ a month and still after that you need to get better character which will cost upward to 60-90 bucks (for that you can buy a wii system and Mario kart new). EAs Star Wars has fair RNG I’m level 80 and never spent a dime. It’s simply an option to move faster. Along with many other it’s an option. This is play 5 minutes give us 5$ for 5 more minutes. Fun game but the money required is to ridiculous to comprehend.

I’ve played this game for a long time, enjoying the tmnt fandom is amazingly fun and addictive but I feel that getting just one gold character is a lot of hard work. Take the 3,000 worth dna pack, you are guaranteed one character but the two times I got that pack I just got a bronze character at least make the one guaranteed character a gold character only since it took me two months to get that pack and maybe for special occasions free gold pack? (Birthday,Christmas etc.) Would be a great boost for this games rating. I hope you understand my Review.
Bring back T-coin only silver to gold upgrade!

The gold shards are so hard to get, meaning you have to do so much work to get so few, that it is almost impossible to upgrade our characters. It takes far longer than it used to. I have enough T coins that I could upgrade 4 different characters from silver to gold, but because I don’t have enough gold shards, I can’t upgrade any. You either need to make gold shards more abundant, or add the old option back in as a choice, meaning I can either upgrade my person of choice if I have enough of both gold shards and T coins, or I could simply choose to upgrade a random silver character if I have enough T coins.
