Most useful app for Caltrain riders

If you are a regular Caltrain commuter, you have learn to live with delays, miscommunication and cancellation from Caltrain. This app has two main features: 1) it collects all the notification from #caltrain and #caltrain_news and push them to your phone. You get delay notification in real-time. 2) it has a good route planner, handy when you are not at your regular station. This app is a bit chatty (I.e a lot of notification) but that's because Caltrain is always running late (so it seems).

This is super handy! I like how there are real time updates on specific trains using Twitter - very creative. When I'm commuting I need to know if I'm going to be late and this makes it much easier to take CalTrain. I'd love to see other public transportation connectivity. There are so many ways to get around town, it's a soup sometimes. Thanks for this app!

Wow. I'm amazed at how easy it was on this app to find my way from point a to point b with public transportation. It was super easy and super clear. I highly recommend it for anyone with a smartphone who commutes in the Bay Area. You gotta give this a try.

You can tell by how easy the developer makes it to leave feedback that this app will get better in response to our needs. It's young, but ambitious. Not yet on par with what the iOS 5 Maps app does for transit, but it'll probably outdo it one day. Maybe even soon.
