Good app, could use some improvements

ZotBot

I like the app but have had difficulty playing music & occasionally the app stops tracking my run without any warning

It’s broken again

Encino Man

It has been suggested by a friend that I change my attitude regarding providing constructive criticism of this app. I have both a new iPhone X and Apple Watch 3, both running the latest non beta versions of iOS and WatchOS. NRC was working fine up until the last iOS update. Since then I can’t get the iPhone X and the Apple Watch 3 to sync up during my hikes. Before the iOS update I would start the app on my phone and the watch would display the same data. Now when I start the app on my phone the app comes up on my watch but does not start. If I then start it on my watch I get 2 versions of my hike and I have to delete one of them. I have been using this app for over 10 years and I am frustrated that it breaks way to often. I use it 4 to 5 times a week and need for it to work. Maybe I should start a GoFundMe campaign to pay to have it fixed (I know I am getting sarcastic). Please help a very frustrated user.

Has not been tracking routs

Lame app724

I have the Apple Watch 3 with cellular and was able to track my first few runs. Lately, it seems to have not been tracking any of my routs with no explanation nor does it tell my whole I’m on my run that it isn’t. I have tried to reset my watch, phone, reinstalled the app with no luck. Looked on the website and there is no info for this. Also my first two runs had Nike fuel burned but every one since has not. Again with no explanation. Wish I could have had more support in app for this. The website is not helpful either. I know it’s not the watch since all my Apple activities are tracked with rout data intact.

Crashes and doesn’t record full runs

Q-Bee

I’ve been using Nike Plus since Nike had its own Music player and watches... for at least 10 years and also since the app first launched. It has gotten progressively worse with each update. My “Nike” Apple Watch works worse than my old simple GPS Nike watch. It’s pathetic for a Nike product and Nike should be ashamed. Sometimes you press the Nike watch App and a green dot just stays on the screen forever. Sometimes you finish a run and the green dot kills the run, or some of it after you press stop. Sometimes the app never launches on your watch. Runs don’t always sync from watch, etc. etc. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNRELIABLE

A great running app, if not the best!

Great!

Amazing App!

Support is Apple Watch not good

Jetto24

I have a series 2 Apple Watch and the communication between phone and Watch is terrible. The Watch app rarely allows me to run without taking my phone. If I start a run on the phone, my watch will alert me mid run that the Watch can’t communicate with the phone. This needs work in a big way. The phone app itself is nice but major attention is needed to phone/Watch communication.

Disappointed

saolson14

I was really excited about this app, but after using it for a few weeks I’m most likely going to erase it. It crashes during runs, it doesn’t always sync with my Apple Nike+ Watch, and I have lost several runs when using through the watch AND my iPhone. I was hoping to generate a quality running program, but how is that possible when it doesn’t retain the information from your runs?

Happy to Have this AP

The mileage can easily be erased when you take a phone call or put it in your pocket

Great running app

Mile_High_Native

IphoneSE, works great, on most recent update Nike removed the option of posting to social media after the run with the miles & map, so only giving 4 stars, otherwise 5 star app if that was added back in!
