All my progress GONE!

Mundali

I never had a problem with the app before. I’ve been using it on and off for years. I recently started using the my coach option in the app and everything was going as planned. That is until I logged on to do one of my weekly runs to find all my progress gone. I was on week three of the plan when it decided to delete everything I had done. It’s very discouraging when you’re trying to be a better runner to find all of you progress GONE. What am I supposed to do now? Start over...very disappointed to say the least.

Does not get better with age

Dmbbelle64

Every time this app updates it gets worse. It went from being my absolute favorite app ever to something I don’t even want anymore. Since the last update the app will open to the home screen and that’s it. It will not do anything else. I have to double tap to close it. I have deleted it and re installed it more times than I can count and nothing. Before this stretch out of my past 5 runs I’ve lost 3 because the app freezes and I have to shut it down. Can’t even manually add it. So sad- it was such a fun and motivating app now it’s practically useless.

So many bugs...

Kamen Rider Kick Hopper

I have had this app for a long time and the only reason why I use it is because I have for the last 12 years but it is the slowest and glitchiest running app I’ve used. It takes almost forever to start up, it miscalculates distances, and crashes multiple times. I only use it because I have for so long. Please fix your app Nike!!!

Good for the basics

Brotha Onaci

I really like this app. I think I would love it if the coaching feature included warm up and cool down suggestions within the weekly mileage. Currently, it yells at me for doing “too many miles” and “being inconsistent.” A minor complaint. Another minor complaint is that challenges do not count runs that i’ve edited. For example, i had to reduce the miles counted toward specific runs. Those runs were completely removed from my number in the challenges. A more significant concern is that the app never seems able to read my heart rate monitors, a problem i’ve experienced for years. Every other running app reads my monitors with zero fuss. Why can’t NRC?

Issue Fix this

Sweepy28

Great App love running with it, but recently when I complete my run and will have data or LTE and the App closes.

Good not great

Mackthewhackness

The app handles the basics really well. Keeps the history of your runs and splits fine. However the “my coach” part struggles to always record a run. And when it wants you to use the nike training app, it doesn’t let you import your own workouts.

It’s better but I’ve gotten worse

OMG, really??

I come back to this app because all my data is here. Haven’t had any issues this go round but I’m not training so I just go out and do intervals to get my stamina back up. I wish I could delete my “bests”-fastest 5 k, half, etc without deleting my data.

Hi

marco.baldoceda

Really disappointing that I can’t use free apodado while running? Why??? Only if I paid? Not good it all, not happy!

Horrible interface with Garmin Connect

jetsalonso

The interface with garmin connect is really bad, it doesn’t translate any of the runs
