i really like the app, it’s guided runs, and challenges. it has helped me become a better stronger runner. however, it is discouraging when a run will not sync from apple watch to phone. i wasn’t having this issue at all until the most recent update and today i broke my own record only for it never to sync and disappear. lost miles towards my challenges when it did this as well. makes me not want to use it.

I love the app and have been using it for years. I mostly compete agains myself and appreciate the “achievements” when I go my fastest or farthest or longest. With so many years that I have been using the app sometimes it seems difficult to eclipse myself. How about adding a feature which show my “best since...” and give the achievement for the year or the “fastest since.....”

I am using NRC fora a week, the software is nice but a little bit buggy. Sometimes stops giving instructions and pauses music even if I am listening my recorded music. But the worst thing is the distance measurement, is so imprecise that is almost unusable. I use to training in the same path every day, I have measured by car, bike, google maps, iOS maps and with MI Fit, the NRC measure is wrong every time, 1km or more error this make the software unusable for serious running. Next week I will start to using training programs but I have no confidence in the app

Been happy with the app but something went wrong with last update. App freezes and crashes. iOS 14.4 IPhone 11 MaxPro.

The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the fact that you can’t schedule runs. I’d love it to remind me “you’re going on a 5 mile run today with Coach Bennet!” Otherwise, amazing, fun and easy to use.

I am Using this app everyday! I just want the time to be adjusted and not go from 10:23 to 7:45. But great asset for me!

I love the app and it works properly when I use my Apple Watch but something that has been bothering me lately has been the Achievements section. Every time I click on it, the app freezes and I have to exit and close the app and go back on and yet it still doesn’t work

Nike product design team, please stop tucking away and hiding the achievements section. About seven or eight years ago, I was jogging five or 6 miles a month. This app got me to start running 100 mi/ month because my goal was to get a Nike Platinum achievement. 33 consecutivePlatinum’s later I’m still going.
