That is not what the night sky looks like from anywhere on this planet. While it seems to function as it should, it looks like a cartoon instead of the night sky.

All puns aside this app really is incredible. It's helped me learn how to spot constellations and has just been overall very entertaining. I couldn't be more impressed.

Don't get this app! I used to love this app (pre-update) and was happy to pay for it. WHAT HAPPENED?!? It's terrible now. I'm sitting on the beach and the sea horizon is full of trees. Looks like I'm in Oregon. And there are millions of useless star distractions that the eye cannot see. What a waste. I'm dumping it and finding a better one.

I have enjoyed prior versions, but they now messed up. If you simply click on 'update', you loose prior version, and get stuck in a pay version. Not fair. Smells bad.
Great Educational App!

Love using this on a clear night, when I'm able to figure out what I'm looking at. Works great every time I use it. Kids love it too!

Really is a great app, people say too many stars, if you put 2 fingers on screen slide up and down they get less. Not rocket science it's neat!

Update takes away almost all of the pro features. You don't even know what star you are looking at. You also can't find a star (previously a pro feature). Do not update!

Night Sky WAS one of my favorite apps but with this newest version they have managed to over engineer it to uselessness. Want to see millions of stars the naked eye can't see? This app is for you! Want to see if a planet is Venus or Jupiter? Forget about it. Don't waste your money on this app!
