It forces you to pay more to do anything. The $1 is for a stupid free version that does not geolocate and does not work. DO NOT BUY. Would not recommend!

There are other stargazing apps that do much more than this one which cost a one time payment instead of a subscription. This app looks just meh. Its nothing special

There is no way that I can find a way to turn off the ridiculous chirping, beeping, and farting noises. Almost embarrassed to stargaze around people unless I mute my phone or I'm simply doing something wrong. Also, stars are way to bright in zoomed out mode and look like fairy dust from Tinkerbell. Otherwise a pretty cool app with much potential. Just nix the cartoon effects

Loved older version. New version way too cluttered with way too many lesser/invisible stars. Bummers, too, bc I just shelled out the $ thinking the new version was a junky free version.

If you like astronomy and you know how to use a constellation map then this app is great gives detail and live updates when the sun goes down and the moon goes up

Don't bother. Really, don't.
