Love the app...but

I love this app. Daughter loves it. We watch Sunny Day styles files and get her hair ideas for school in the morning. She uses this app constantly every time she gets my phone! It’s great and we love Nick Jr content for sure. My only two minor complaints would be data/battery HOG. She can drain my battery within minutes using this app and we’ve done all the usual troubleshooting things to help. It’s just the app. Unfortunately. The last thing was the videos didn’t play and I can’t log in with a tv provider...I’m using my phone not the Apple TV most times and it doesn’t give me an option to log in with Comcast Xfinity. It just says I’m logged in but that’s about it and some videos play still. The updated must have fixed the issue because my videos weren’t playing at all for awhile after I updated my phone to the iPhone 8. Seems like that’s fixed now so thank god for that! My kiddo was super upset when she could t get her videos to play and we could not figure out what was causing it!!!

I downloaded this app several months ago...and it worked fine until recently when every video I try to watch shows an error message "this video is not available try another one". But, this message appears for nearly every video. What's the issue and why do they show many videos that are unavailable.

We have recently switched to consolidated Communications and today the app started to give a “this video is unavailable.” But no matter which one we chose, it said the same thing! I’m praying this will find some type of solution because my son loves blaze and paw patrol. I’m really confused since it didn’t happen when we initially changed the provider.

Seriously, why are there so many listed videos that aren't "here anymore." Every other click has the same voice saying, "This video isn't here anymore. Let's choose another one to watch instead." Ridiculous. I'm deleting the app because it's so annoying to hear that repeatedly, and my kids tantrum when they can't watch the ones they want.
Fix Loading Issues

For the love of Moses...fix the dang loading issues for Apple TV. For the past 3 weeks it’s almost like trying to do a science project to get the shows to load. It’s an app issue and not network...everything else works/loads just fine.

I use this app almost solely to put on Paw Patrol for my 2 year old daughter. It’s the only thing that’ll keep her still and quiet. After logging into my tv provider to watch full episodes, I put on the Paw Patrol playlist that keeps playing full episodes. Inevitably, after the theme song, some episodes stop (either at the beginning or some random spot in the middle) and say “this video isn’t working right now” and asks me to choose another one. Sometimes it happens on the first episode and sometimes the third, fourth, fifth, etc. It gets really annoying when I have to keep fixing it over and over. My connection is always strong because I’m right next to the router and the same thing happens on more than one device. Sometimes my iPhone or my wife’s iPhone or one of our Amazon fire sticks. If this could be fixed somehow, it would make my life easier so I could get things done while my daughter watches Paw Patrol.
