Won’t accept xfinity as a provider anymore...

Castledblue

This app used to be perfect and now it doesn’t offer xfinity/Comcast as a tv provider, now my kids can’t watch more than one episode of their favorite shows. They are very disappointed and so am I. Please fix this issue so they can enjoy it again.

doesn't work in any of our devices

VelleCz

I've downloaded this app on my iPhone and Amazon Fire tablet. The app doesn't work at all on my phone, keeps saying "Nick Jr. is unavailable, check back later" and then it only lets my daughter watch the videos on our tablet, no games what so ever and the games were the whole reason behind us downloading it. If I'm missing something please let me know!

Not working

That app has been out of service for months now and they say it’s under fixing and nothing happened

No Xfinity / Comcast

Been about a month. Time to figure out the whole comcast negotiations thing. Making both sides look silly at this point.

Good app, but does not chrome cast

Gym Mommy

I wish the NickJr app had chrome cast capability like the Disney Junior app does.

Comcast?

acotilla91

Why is not Comcast in the providers list? Also, please add a paid subscription service. TVE is just stupid, makes no sense to the consumer.

Update Gone Wrong! No Comcast!

parent not happt

Why is Comcast and xfinity not listed as a provider to use this app .. it use to be and now it is not there and thus limiting my sons ability to use it ... please fix it ASAP !!!!

No Xfinity/ Comcast

Yada27

Used to be able to sign in with Comcast info but no it doesn’t show it as an option. Very, very disappointed.

Like it but..

Like the app. It’s great. But why do I have to sign in every single time I open the app?! It’s a nuisance and my son can’t enjoy anything unless I sign in. There should be an option to stay signed in to the provider.
