The constant Verified Ticket pop ups are too long and annoying.

Slow to load, consistently crashes, advertising often takes you to their site even if you don’t want to go, and the only way out is to quit the NHL app. Even when the video controls work, they are cumbersome and interfere with other controls or takes you where you don’t want to go... including to advertising. Since the start of preseason, I have yet to see one complete game... live or replay... without one or more crashes. It’s now November! For one video replay, the message... Game Will Start Shortly... ran for one hour, twelve minutes (Kings at Ducks on 11/07/17). Their customer support is... purge your system... but their updates usually prove that their app is what is buggy. Yes, they do fix some things, but even when you’re paying for... No Advertising... they still hit you with it and the controls lock up until after the advertising is over. Their in-app “rate me” instantly gives itself 4 stars, then vanishes before you can state how you really feel. That shows their values, which is also seen in their replays of goals, which sometimes doesn’t show the goal in a manner that those new to ice hockey can see it, and on a few occasions, it doesn’t show the goal... it just focuses on who made the goal. Not a negative, but an ouch, is the lack of explanations for some events, like minor penalties... the what he did... because it limits newcomers from learning about the game.

If I could give negative stars I would. It is next to impossible to manage my tickets. I have had to change my password 10 times.

Took this away apparently this yr, the only way my eyes can watch the games on my home tv. Not everyone wants to watch a game on a iPhone.

Add some of the features on the other platforms

I wish you could skip to start of periods on the app. And on the PlayStation plugin I wish OT was a chapter you could skip to. Only other thing that bugs me is I paid $150 and I’m forced to watch so ads on the phone app.

Swiping issue

It appears there is a swiping issue and it’s very annoying. When I check scores and swipe through each player who scored, it always swipes to the next day. Using iPhone 7.

Beware of Blackouts

I have not seen a single game due to national Blackouts. The app did provide me with great scoring and stats from all the games that I wanted to watch but where blacked out... which only increased my frustration with blacked out games. If I want stats, you can get them free from other places.
