Verification improvement needed

Although I was able to sign in and scan some of my slabs most of the time I am just moving things around trying to get the scan feature to work. I frustratingly have to back out of the scan feature and enter the serial numbers manually to check the slab. This is not the end of the world but the fact that a scan option is available suggests the feature has been tested to be fully functional and should scan the slabs. A bit annoying at coin shows considering how rapidly PCGS slabs are verified on their app. Perhaps it’s the slabs, not the app, with the problem. PCGS uses QR codes and they scan so fast I hardly have to point the code at my camera. This sort of thing makes it difficult to justify submitting coins to NGC or buying NGC graded coins.

The scanner is great...when it works. Super frustrating that it works great on some coins, and about 5% of the time on others. Please fix it, super stressful to fear your coin may have an issue because of a bad app.

Need To see my saved sets

Overall needs some continuous improvements as there’s not much you can do with the app. I would love to be able to see my saved coins/sets based on my login like I can on the actual website.

I have scanned and manual typed in 200 coins pre 2010 and can never get a NGC coin value/price.

Price Guide in App not working!

The price guide in the app doesn’t work! It says price guide not available. I even called technical support about this and was told it was fixed and working but the app on both my iphone 7 and my iPad both say the same thing NOT AVAILABLE! Very disappointed ELITE Collector’s Society Member!!!!
