Has difficulty loading every page!

My local newspaper recently switched to this app, and it's terrible! You have to wait 20 seconds or more for each page to load. Sometimes it freezes up completely. The app they previously used also had this problem from time to time, but not on every page, like this one! I may just have to read my local paper on the PC from now on, even though that is not why I subscribed to the digital edition.

This app does not work. Can't get past the sign in page. Says I already have acct and I do, but won't log in.

Until they fix A LOT of problems with downloading and simple viewing, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I thought the previous app my hometown paper was using was bad...this one is 10 times worse! I have successfully logged into my app and authorized my user (FOR THE 8TH TIME ALREADY) and I can not get my paper to download. Unfortunately we HAVE to use this app but I REALLY wish I could go back to the old one!
Needs major overhaul.

Like other reviewers I agree...a very poor attempt at a news reader. Doesn't do you any good to look at a bunch of blurry pages that never fully load!!!!! Piece of junk.

This app crashes constantly! This is the app used to load our daily paper, and it does not work!!

I subscribe to the San Diego Union which uses this app as it's online portal... Big mistake! It's completely unusable. Once you get into the sign-in runaround, it's like being sucked into a black hole.

I enjoy reading my newspaper. The app works for me. I had problems with the password and I would like to change the password to one of my own choosing. Please help.
