The app is terrible

Filled with bugs. Works sometimes and then not. No pattern. Problems crop up all the time on both my iphone and iPad. Newsday tech support is useless; all they ever suggest is to delete the app and reinstall. If only it was that easy.
App broken

Update for latest software update. The app has gone from bad to worse. The app is sluggish and forget trying to read today’s paper! Not gonna happen! I played with it for 20 minutes couldn’t get the paper. The app is still garbage. They need to fire their app developers and find someone who know how to code! I’m ready cancel my subscription. Why keep it when I can’t read the paper!

Today’s paper does not download

Despite selecting “Today’s Paper” from all of the menus, the previous day’s paper is the only one that will appear on my iPad. Sometimes an edition that is several days old will appear instead today’s. I have to delete and reinstall the app each time this occurs in order to get the current paper. This is not acceptable for a paid subscription.
Archive papers not showing

Sometimes I don’t get to read a paper on the day it comes out, so I rely on the archive to read a back issue. Lately back issues are not showing up every day. I called Newsday and the Newsday rep said to delete the app and download it again, and I did this and it does work, back issues magically appeared. But I am getting tired of doing this every time I need to read a back issue. Can you please fix this flaw Newsday? I’ll give you more stars if you do, I promise! ?
Never updates

I am constantly deleting this app to get the correct paper. When is this going to be fixed? Never happened under Optimum why does it happen now? I am at the point of canceling my subscription
