I have received 3 items until now all items are intact and good quality, I would definitely buy again! ??????

I saw an ad for new shoes listed that I fell in love with. The description said they were in stock. I ordered it with no problem. The next day I get a message saying they were out of stock and it was back ordered for a month away. I waited my month and get another email stating they are again out of order and that I will have to wait again.! By the time I would have received the shoes they would be out of season style. They are a ankle boot. I understand running out of stock of way too cute shoes, but why are you still taking orders online for them? Why am I still being pushed back for month two? I rarely fall in love with shoes, but I just don’t need this- I won’t even be able to wear them until next winter ?. Have enough in stock or give more accurate timelines for delivery

I also had my shoes in my bag but they wouldn’t take an ATM card. They wanted to flat out credit card. Mine is a MasterCard there should be no problem with that they get their money right away so now my boots are gone and I think I’m going to rate this the one

Coupons aren’t for the correct amount.

The app has things for way cheaper than what I was finding on amazon, however the coupons offered are not for the amount advertised. I placed an order for around $50 and used a 20% off coupon. Before tax/shipping my order was in the $40 range. That would mean that the coupon would take roughly $8 off. However, the coupons automatically generated the dollar amount off and it was only for $2. I ordered anyway since the item was cheaper than what I was finding on amazon, but probably will never use it again due to this glaring misrepresentation.

I placed 4 orders with this company. The next day or so I received an email that everything that I ordered was on back order. Waited a month or so and then was sent an email that the order was cancelled and my card refunded. The items I ordered and was told were in backorder were still being offered on this site.

I’ve placed an order 44136709 and I’ve been told it’s on Back order even though it was “in stock” when I ordered. I’m still waiting and have no email to send my inquiry! Payment has been made, I’m willing to wait for my product but there has to be a better way to access customer support. I’m forced to resort to this review page in hopes of getting assistance! Ridiculous Prices for Cheaply-Made Clothing

This used to be my favorite app to shop on, but it’s gotten way too expensive in the last year. Bras that are $30 -$50, tops that are $70. Anything I have bought from NewChic in the past, wasn’t made very well, but I didn’t mind because it was so cheap. No way I’m buying a $70 top from a company with history like that. No way I’m paying $70 for a top regardless of the company it’s coming from. I came here for clothes I could afford, and now almost everything is way more than I, or anyone I know, would consider paying for it.
