Nearly useless

Content is sparse and updated days after stories appear on other Times platforms. Few listings. Frustrating if you are truly interested in NYC real estate. Don't bother with it. Use general Times app + Zillow instead.

This is a great informational app. Unfortunately, with the recent updates, The property search function no longer works on my 5s.

I'm a real estate investor type and I've enjoyed the info in this app for several years now. It's so simple to use because of its ingenious layout. Even wth all the new real estate apps out there this is still my go to source for housing trends and articles about real estate. Get it.

I like the variety of articles- residential, commercial, neighborhoods and trends. Covers NY metro area (of course) but also some pieces on other parts of the US and the world. Well-written and the ads are not too intrusive. Have not used the listings.

Love it, but the fact that the app is iPhone only is very disappointing. Any chance of an iPad version?

The articles are great but the search app refuses to show me anything but NYC listings. A search In the surrounding areas of Westchester and western Connecticut get zero results.

Are you guys sure you fixed bugs in the last release? You should really fix the fact that the app only refreshes the search results list when I change the filter. (ie from most expensive to most recent or vica versa) And fix the fact one can't navigate to the articles on the home page without losing one's previous search filter parameters. Also the articles haven’t updated since god knows when. Comparing the articles with what’s in the Times app... these articles are really old. Still one of the best real estate apps out there, but some minor annoyances.
