Excellent app for NYC apartments

Free isn't really free

I've tried other apps but nothing else comes close to giving me the information I want.

Great App with one exception...

Kindofblue9

Just wish there was a version for iPad

Best app ever

GM M

Found 100 000 000 $ dream house in NYC!!!

Add a search filter for if pets are allowed

andybkln

The app would be perfect if you could filter out listings where pets aren't allowed

Great app!

AliScho

Easy to navigate...lots of good information.

Okay/disappointing

ATMAA

There is no way to mark your searches. Which order are you going to open houses? Which already seen? Which good, which bad? Ranking. So not as good as the newspaper, on which you could write stars, numbers or cross off as no good. Okay app and I will use it. But disappointing utility in this digital age. They need to hire a better programmer.

Lost the Near Me feature

rye chusley

They added news articles and made it more confusing to navigate I think. But most disappointing is no more gps 'near me' feature, which was what a phone app was good for in the first place. Looking for places nearby when out and about was useful if you want to visit them or find open houses in the area. I probably won't use this at all now... Disappointed.

Not Good

NYERISH

Listings without addresses - need I say more? Streeteasy, baby.

Fake apartment listings

Experienced renter

This app is easy to use but has many fraudulent listings and brokers can list the same apartment multiple times. For accurate listings of real apartments, Zillow and StreetEasy are much better.

Horrible App

Denisejery

They have a lot of work to do to make this thing useful. Difficult to navigate. I could do so little with it that it is hard toick something to complain about.
