I've emailed support. Haven't heard back and I've wasted my money on an app I can't even use. Worthless.

There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to use the map to point out both the destination and starting point on a route instead of having to manually put it in. Obviously the ads are annoying. And when it makes the route, it doesn't show me the individual stops. This app isn't good for practical use.

I downloaded this one because I got that "Embark is winding down!" message. It's a pretty good one. It's only been a week or so, but at this point the only thing I'd change is the fact that it doesn't allow you to look up addresses. Um hi...half the reason I use these apps is because I don't know what the nearest train stop is.

wanted to go to the museum of natural history on Saturday and it didn't update the trains for the weekend. It told us to go on the express train when the train only stops locally on 81st street. we ended up on 125th and had to wait for a downtown C... overall it took 45 min to get there when in reality it should've taken us 15 if it told us the correct train.

Very complicated to understand, cannot input new destination or starting points to make plan. Need to learn very much from the trip planner of Munich MVV.
