This app is amazing!. Better contact with developer would be great,for questions I have and just to tell him or her Thank you for making this app. One question I do have is can I transfer the files I have copied to the app via other downloads I have gained thru other services on my my iPhone to a pc. And is there a neutron program for windows pc?

Repeatedly attempted to load music files from my iPhone to the Neutron player without success. Spent time on Neutron’s help forums where I noticed many others with the exact same problem. A wasted three hours and seven dollars. Apple needs to streamline refunding customers who unknowingly buy garbage apps on their unregulated marketplace.
Japanese lyrics shows unreadable code

There are some Japanese song and.lrc lyrics file in my document. But it shows unreadable code in lyrics ui. it didn't show on PC or other music player app. Review update: I found what's wrong with it: If the lrc file is edited in Windows 10 and use ANSI code. The problem appears. I can fix it by changing all my lyrics file from ANSI to UTF8. But still I hope you could deal with it.

Love this app. Phenomenal music player, but, recently with their latest update, my iPhone 6s Plus, is not showing the actual gigabytes that Neutron is using. I know I have over 40 gigabytes of FLAC albums in there, but app is showing that I only have 7 gigabytes of use, and that is no matter if I add even more FLAC files, still the same 7.43 gigabytes. It’s like the app doesn’t or can’t “refresh” itself. But there is no problems at all, though, on my iPad Air 2. Please fix for iPhone 6s Plus. Thanks! Keep up the great work. PHENOMENAL!!! Update: with latest ios update 12.2, it broke one of my favorite Neutron features, and which was that when you backed up your iPhone or your iPad, your Neutron FLAC Library wasn’t backed up along with the regular backup, to your local drive, and which in my having over 50 gigabytes, means that my computer hard drive is now limited for space, as on my ipad and iphone combined, I have almost 100 gigabytes now in additional storage being wasted on backing up Flac files thatI should not have to backup...since the app is now backing up every single Flac file. NEUTRON NEVER USED TO DO THIS. Please FIX, as this is one of the main reasons I use this app. Thank you.

Great music player that is highly configurable. The only downside is the user interface needs to be modernized but other than that, I love this app!
still missing hierarchical genre navigation

It’s a powerful music player overall, but is still missing a pretty fundamental feature: when you select a genre from the genre list, you should see a list of its artists; then when you select an artist you should see a list of their albums; then when you select an album you should see a list of its songs. As a corollary, there should be an “all artists” entry directly underneath the genre analogous to the “all songs” underneath an artist.
Better on my iPhone than iPad

I love this app, music sounds so much better than when playing via iTunes. However, I cannot figure out why the tracks and artist names won’t display on my iPad, just a bunch of numbers. If I could figure that out, would give 5 stars?love it on the phone though, no issues.
Needs help with crossfade

Currently the only music player (that I'm aware of) that has replay gain on ios. The equalizer is clunky until you get used to it. A spline option would be great. Crossfade is intermittent at best. Even with it turned off it still cuts off some tracks at 8 seconds left. Please fix Crossfade. Sound quality is very good when tweaked with the many eq options.
