Seriously Dissapointed

After reading a lot of RAVE reviews I just bought this app, hoping it would do justice to the night pictures, but no it doesn’t. You have to have quite a bit of light to get anything worth looking at. Compared to even a Samsung S9, it doesn’t hold a candle to it. In fact I doubt a candles light will be enough to show up in a whole bedroom. I would like a refund quite frankly. I’m sure there’s something better. A bunch of other things only showed up after I had already bought it unfortunately. So NeuralCam, if possible please credit my account and I shall remove it or tell me how to go about this. Thank you!
Extremely Similar Results vs Pixel 3a

A $2.99 addition to my iPhone SE 2020 helps make this new phone stand on its own against the best Android value, the Pixel 3a. The output between this and the Pixel are very similar, right down to the color cast from direct street lighting. The one major difference where I could make a suggestion is how NeuralCam goes about creating an image. On the Pixel, the trade off detail in favor of noise reduction. With the iPhone SE 2020 and NeuralCam, the trade off appears to be noise in favor of sharpness/detail. One thing that I think would make this app better is a dedicated tripod mode that would hold camera ISO to a low level and extend the shutter time to be able to capture a cleaner image. Otherwise, the app earns its 5 stars easily.

I bought this to take pictures of the comet Neowise. Useless for that. Very disappointing.

The app is good and works, but most of the times, it keeps lagging super bad. It feels as if it's working on 3 fps which makes taking good pictures with focus almost impossible. There is no way to fix this and I am sure that I am not the only one experiencing this issue and there is nothing wrong with my device's settings or specs. Please fix this and I will give it 5 stars.

This app worked fine on iPhone 7. I just upgraded to an iPhone SE 2020 3 weeks ago and this app has never worked since.

I have bought so many photo apps over the years and most only get used for a brief time and then I move on. Well I bought NeuralCam when it first released and it gets used as much as my Camera app that comes with iOS. It really improves photos when light isn’t ideal, even during the day. Plus the app developers keep improving it more and more and have not charged upgrade fee for the newest version. You will appreciate this app the more you use it ??
