Latest update broke the app!

All 50 of the PDFs I had loaded in the app were gone after my update to iOS7. iCloud seemed to restore the PDFs, but now they only exist as thumbnails, when I open the pDF, it is blank now, the app and all my work is totally useless now. Unbelievable. Never using again.

Not sure about this update but this app has been a great help w selling our house that was out of state. Had problem w app 1 time and customer support was great as well worth every penny

Pretty good app. Just wish there was an actual button for highlighting docs. It is a little bit difficult to figure out but does come with 2 'how-to' guides to help. This app does have a lot of features and seems to run smoothly so far.

I don't recommend this app for note taking PDFs in class. Poor instructions - took me a while or figure out how to highlight, and I'm still not sure if I'm doing it right. The screenshots show perfect highlighting as if they selected the text and we're able to apply highlighting to it. All I can see is the ability to draw a straight line in whatever thickness and opaqueness you want, but you have to figure out which thickness works best and I guess just remember what the thickness is so you can be sure to select it again. And if you don't line up the line perfectly when you first put your finger or stylus down, it'll be crooked and not follow the line of text. Bottom line: go for something else. UPDATE: I just found the "support" page aka a blog posting with tons of comments and he developer comments back with responses. Good luck finding anything in those gazillion pages.

neu.Annotate just works. I use it all the time to sign contracts and email them right from within the app. The interface is pretty straight forward. Thanks guys!
Crashes all the time after 3 years of using the app perfectly

This app was perfect for what I was using it for, but now it crashes all the time. More specifically, I can't get it to open. After tapping on the icon, it starts to load, then freezes for about a minute and then shuts down. After many (sometimes over 10) attempts, it may open and then work perfectly until I close it and need to reopen on another day. So frustrating!

Lots of good features, the biggest thing I'm struggling with is the choppy writing! Makes it very difficult when I'm trying to take continuous notes and random chunks of my letters just disappear for no reason. Frustrating when I'm trying to take notes in class and keep up while constantly having to go back and rewrite letters. Please fix!

You should consider adding merge and split options other than that it's jus fine, and still my favorite for PDFs.

It's really maddening when you spend hours annotating a document and all of a sudden the app refreshes on its own and your work is gone. Since the update last week (3/15/15) I've lost all of my work twice (on two separate occasions) and I don't understand. I'm really sad because I've been using this app (almost daily) for about 4 years without any big issues. I might have to ditch this app since I don't have time to spend annotating a document to end up with nothing.
