App has been down for a couple days and now it's back working but doesn't recognize that I already paid a subscription and all my info is lost. I shouldn't have to pay again. Don't see any way to contact them.

I paid for the program for three months and after a month and a half the program stopped and restarted after 3 days and asked me to sign up again !! Give me back the money that I have paid. This is a fraud

The application is great, but it sometime stops working, may this is due to server problem. It deserves Five Stars but I hope we dont get server problems so often.
