I like the app and it does the job it was built to do, however, starting two days ago the app gets stuck on startup and shows that there’s no internet connection after waiting for a while. Please fix promptly as I have a premium subscription. I tried going to your app support site but it is not working. Thanks for your support.

I have been using this app fine and have a paid subscription, however now it is not working. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and resetting my network. I have WiFi available and I still cannot get it to work.

Was perfect then stopped tracking logins and now will not let me add numbers even though I have a three month subscription. Aaaand it’s stopped working again. Can you please fix
