The worst app ever

Thank god the unit itself works ok. The is is and has always been a garbage app. It keeps asking to select “I Agee” every time. The unit itself never stays connected to wifi. Come on guys. Get your act together.

Thank you for continuing to support this app. Can you please fix the bug where every time I open the app now I have to accept the terms and privacy. No other apps do this. I can only assume it is a bug. Thanks

If you’ve bought one of their HVACs already you don’t have an alternative. I just want something functional... but it rarely if ever works.

I have been using this application to control my air-conditioner for the last year and it has worked very well. The new upgrade is even better. I now have it linked to Alexa and it interfaces great. I wish they could developer an IFTTT applet or a way I can turn the A/C on or off at an outside set point or an indoor set point. Good job so far!
Stuck in Portrait Mode

This app is stuck in portrait mode, which is useless on an iPad Pro with an attached keyboard. App shows up sideways and uses only 1/4 of the screen. At least allow it to rotate! Also, the new temperature control that attempts to copy the temp control of Nest is poorly designed, difficult to use, and needs to be updated. At least have some buttons for temp up and down on the side. The previous temp control was much easier to use. Have some originality versus trying to copy the look of Nest, and make it functional please. I hope this review is useful to the developers.
