Worthless App Doesn’t Work

I can’t even connect to the app and I have a compatible unit. I’ve done all the steps and it gives an error message saying cannot connect and to try again later.

Nothing special but it does what it is suppose to do. I can control it while I’m at work or can turn it off when I’m in bed from my phone. Sometimes it will log me out but all I need to do is log back in. Wish it had Alexa or Siri compatibility

I installed this app and I found it to meet my needs as it relates to the A/C that I installed. The issue that I have is that I have to ensure that I am connected to the A/C WiFi. Once you have been disconnected form the site, you need to select that A/C app WiFi to reconnect. But it’s a good app and I would recommend.
Latest update 2.8 broke login

The latest update 2.8 gives an error 3012 (no account) upon login. Was working fine before update. Tried deleting and reinstalling, but didn’t help.

the app needs refinement, however this last update broke it completely, it says my account does not exist ! being the same account used and automatically put in the corresponding field by the same app, press login to no avail, always comes back with an error that the account does not exists not even retrieving a password works, place the same email (account) and returns error that account does not exists too bad, it was working reqsonably well minor improvements would have been welcomed, but instead I have a broken app now

First of all there is no way to change type of equipment if you made wrong selection at the first time (cold only, cold/heat,...). Also my air conditioner supports ECO mode, swing and turbo but app says it unsupported. Also changing temp is not clear so you should add some visual element to show that you can swipe up/down to change temp. Diagnostic never worked. GE split air conditioner.

Got excited that the app was finally updated. Went through the setup process for both of my mini-splits, and all went well, and the app claimed it was “success”ful, yet I’m not able to connect to either. If this isn’t remedied soon I may have to take action. Fact is that many of us have paid for a function that hasn’t worked properly in a long time (possibly ever). This is the kind of thing that leads to class-action suits.

This will control my temperature up and down but that’s it. This app won’t control the fan up and down that does not work.

After updating app on 6/9/18 disconnect power (switch circuit breaker off) to unit for 30 seconds. Re-power and app works fine, in my case 3 units are working from iPad and iPhone.
