Can’t log in

I can log in on the website just fine but when I log in on the app it says my info is wrong?? SAME login info and still does not work!!

We just switched to NetChex from ADP, and the login errors for this app are ridiculous. This needs to be fixed or you need to just take the app down.

Never able to login due to constant login failures. This works about as well as the underwater candle I just bought.

My login info doesn’t work on the app, but I use the same exact info and it works on the website. Completely unusable.

All you can do is look at your check stub. It would be great if you had the ability of clock in and out from the app.
