Keeps saying wrong password. Sign in online with same info but, the app says wrong password.

I like that I can see my hours and paycheck. But I have had to change my password 6 times to get in the app- ridiculous - I wish this app had the ability to clock in and out when on the correct network, instead of having to go online to clock in and out

When I login and click on pretty much any function I get an error stating it cannot connect to the network.

Everytime I try to log into my account it says I’m unable to connect to my network. I have wifi and great service on my phone. I don’t know what else to do. FIX IT PLEASE

I have a netchex account but i have never been able to use the app. I thought it would be convenient to use the app instead of logging in online every time but once you put in your username and password, it doesn’t log you in.
Downloaded & has NOT worked once.

I downloaded this app because our HR uses Netchex. I thought this would be an easier way to clock in and out and access other HR details. BUT, although I use the same exact username and password every single day at work and it works perfectly. . . The app continues to show a pop up that states “Invalid Login”. This is very frustrating because I thought it would make using Netchex more readily available and be able to access it quickly.
