If I could I'd give it zero stars. This app isn't worth the download. It doesn't work properly. I called net 10 to complain and they shrugged me off. Told me to erase and re-download the app. Did that and still has me listed as inactive.

it keeps saying “please enter a valid 6 digit code” but my zip code is only 5 digits long and it only lets you enter 5 characters. please fix??♂️

App works great and makes account management easier than the website by far. I have been using Net10 for 3 years now and I am extremely satisfied. Paying $34 a month for unlimited talk, text, and 2gb of data. You cannot find a better deal anywhere.

We get to see EVERYTHING NOW. Thank You It WOULD BE REALLY AWESOME (if NET10 DID A ROLLOVER) on Our EXTRA MINUTES WE BE HAVING LEFT OVER. That would really help people to save & Net10 will build more clientele. (That’s A FACT) Everybody I tell about net10 (Transfer to NET10) I should be getting a incentive from NET10 for My Good Service Of Recommendation.

I have used net10 for years and they just keep getting better. I have iPhone 6 Plus and never have any call or data issues. Easy to reload and I only pay 35/mo highly recommend to this company to everyone!!

The app won’t let me paste passwords from a password manager. Extremely inconvenient.
