If you are a Net 10 customer, you can use this App to manage all aspects of your wireless service.
Here is how it works:
Download and open the app, then proceed to the End User License Agreement.
- If you agree to the End User License Agreement, you will have the option to log in if you already have a Net 10 Account, or use the app to create one!
- Upon logging in, you will be able to track your Data Usage on your Home Screen, redeem Net 10 Airtime PINs, and purchase Net 10 airtime with a Credit Card.
You can also update your Net 10 Profile, among many others features!
Airtime PINs are located on the back of the Net10 Service Card or on your register receipt. To read the PIN on a Net 10 Service Card, locate the grey strip on the back of the card. Scratch off the gray strip to reveal the PIN.

-5 stars!!! Don't waste your time the app crashes as soon as you open the darn thing. Who ever developed this should be fired for incompetence. Their website is just a horrible.

I've been trying to log in with this app off and on for weeks from several different devices (all iOS). The problem is that where you enter the email address and password the "Ok" button isn't active. Yeah, that's right, you can't press the "Ok" button.

Since installing last month I stopped getting notifications from Net10 the week prior telling me I was running out of airtime. Didn't discover my Iphone was deactivated until I stopped getting calls. I used to get notifications w/o the app which is backwards. Tried signing in to see if I could set up notifications but was unable to sign in. The app is bothersome and pointless.

I have been with Net10 for 3 years now and I've never been happier with my phone and service. Just purchased an Iphone 7 plus and will continue to use Net10. The App is good is satisfies all my needs, easy to operate, and reliable. The App has been much improved over the last year or so and seems to be working as it should.

I click login with Facebook and it will say that I have already authorized that and then go back to the main screen and then say login required and it just does it over and over....

Useless on my iPhone. Worked just fine on my Android. It wants me to login but doesn't recognize any of my credentials. I try creating a new account but it wants the last four digits of my credit card to validate my account. I did not need a credit card on my Android phone. I will never give my cc# for an app that DOES NOT need it! App doesn't work offline either.
