I have to leave a review

Dmntd Child

Your app support link isn’t helpful at all so I’m leaving a review to hopefully fix an app issue. The “Radar” power up will not unlock for me. My first run I scored a little over 11,000 and only unlocked the first power up, so I ran it again and got about 1,200 and it still didn’t unlock. My sister ran her’s and scored 1,400 and unlocked both power ups immediately? I reset the app and scored 29,000 and it still won’t unlock. Can you help fix please?

Currently not bad, has some issues and great potential with more development.

Purchased 12 Laser Ops Pro’s. Playing multiplayer all connected to one iPad. Rarely do all guns report to the iPad at the end of the game. It’s seems that most of the problem is that each blaster has its own timer that is separate from the iPad game timer. It would be nice if pressing START on the app would start the 10 second timer on all the guns so every gun would start/stop at the exact time the app does on the iPad. Seems the fact each gun has its own timer separate from the app may be causing some of them to not report to the iPad app at the end of the game. It’s almost impossible to get 12 people to push the load button at the exact same time... If this would get resolved, we’d prob purchase another 12 or more guns. Is there any chance I can participate in a Beta test of the app update? Any ETA on this new update? Planning on a party of 24 blasters on March 7 and would really like to test the updated app that addresses communication issues. Without it, its virtually impossible to get all 24 blasters to communicate with the iPad reliably. So the latest update of the app that was put out in April still has connectivity issues. Have 25 guns and most of the time if you play more than 10 at a time you are lucky to get more than 5 out of the 25 to report. If you play with only about 10 at a time, can get about a 90% success rate but not every time. Most of the time we have to re-pair the guns every game to keep the success rate up there.

Fun with some bugs

Me sarcastic

I’m the 95% happy owner of 10 of these blasters, and I’m happy to change my rating to 5 stars once this is resolved. My issue is that the rematch feature is tricky. The blasters have to be off before you ever hit the rematch button. If you hit the rematch button while the blasters are on, you can forget it because now you’ll have to completely close out the app (flick it off the screen for iPhone users) and then restart it. Deal breaker?—no Annoying—yes? It seems like the blasters should be able to connect once you turn them off and try to reestablish connection, but it doesn’t. Also the records for blaster against blaster don't work at all so it’s hard to brag about your all time record against your friends. If you select your blaster and then click all time record and then search the EXACT name of the blaster you’d like to compare to, nothing happens except that the blaster for which you just typed the exact name for to compare now switches places in the first line as if you basically just switched blasters. Maybe it’s because I own all of the blasters, but that doesn’t seem to make sense. Anyway, I hope the developers don’t get lazy with a money grab project and instead continually work on the app and the way it works with the blasters because this is a really fun product that is really good but could be great with some improvements.

Fun, cool, but 1 major problem.

The blasters and app are fun to play with. I think maybe adding a mode without the timers for a last one standing game would be fun. I have one major issue. Whenever I level up my blaster and add the skill points, the app glitches out and resets my blaster when I go back in the app. Please fix this!

GREAT but...

I would like to see more customization options for the blasters such as fire rate, etc. and it would be more fun if you didn’t have to level up the blasters in the game, but instead it would just be straightforward, all-access customization. Basically you would have a menu where you could change the health, damage output, and type of fire mode whenever you want. This would let there be more skill involved when playing, and you wouldn’t have to rely on the phone so much to have a good blaster. You should just be able to hook up as many guns as you want to a single phone, then change all the guns’ options from there, then save, then turn off the phone and have each blaster set to a new standard that they would follow until changed again by the phone. You should be able to just pick up the guns whenever you want and not have to get out a phone, download the app, and all of the suddenly realize that your gun is so much better/worse than everybody else’s. The game would not be as fun. Again, you should be able to change each guns stats however/whenever you want, so you could level out all the guns to have an even playing field. The point being, it is very tedious to have to level up every single gun you buy in order to have a fair game. Thanks

Still no VoiceOver support

Shaunteckno

I'm totally blind, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying a great game of laser tag. I simply listen to where my enemys are, and shoot in that general direction. Please add support for Apple's built-in screen reader, VoiceOver. Update: it’s now 10 April. There still no voiceover support. I absolutely love laser tag, but it’s really not that hard to get in to this app. Come on, Hasbro. Please put voiceover support in to the application. Update: It’s now June 2019, and there is still no voiceover support. I own two laser ops pro blasters. Did I waste my money? Right now, it certainly seems so.

I love the game but my blasters won’t connect in multiplayer and it won’t let me go into all devices only one device so can the game creater plz help me

Unsupported app

Very well done!!!

Have been trying to connect two blasters using two iPhones for a multiplayer game. App has never once been able to find the server or launch a game. Looked online for a solution, nothing but poor reviews with the same problems. Get it together nerf. If you’re gonna play in the AR arena, do your due diligence!

Thank you Nerf team

Same as other reviewers, we love the game but we haven’t been able to see the scores from all the players. When it works it works wonderfully and when it doesn’t it is frustrating. We want to know who won!
