Constant trouble in multi player

Hey nerf team, please reach out to me and let me know why some of the guns do not show points at the end of a multiplayer around. My boys and I have been playing this for a couple weeks now and I’ve yet to be able to record all of our points when we play. This is really frustrating since we want to know who wins. Please reach out to me if you have answers.

Will not under any circumstance play a “free for all fight”. Spend 30 min trying to keep the guns connected to the devices, then they never actually start a game. First unit is always waiting for other players and the other unit is always searching for a game. I am trying to play with my boys but I don’t appreciate that I have to work through your software bugs to get it to work. Not worth the money

Doesn’t connect to the gun at multiplayer game

The app doesn’t connect with the app at the start of a multiplayer game. It shows it is in a game but doesn’t connect to the blaster.

Why_do_I_need_a_nickname?
I have multiple Nerf Laser Ops Pro Delta Bursts and I cannot successfully setup a multiplayer game in the app with any of them. I have confirmed all the requirements and connections (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, stable internet, connected blasters, etc.) over and over but after hours of trying, I cannot get a second blaster to join any multiplayer game. I have 4 blasters and 4 iPhones (three XS Max, one 6 all running iOS 12) all with the app installed. Each phone has one of the blasters setup, named, etc. I have been able to create a multiplayer game on one phone and slide the “ready” bar. But then none of the other phones can join the game and are infinitely stuck in “searching...” and never join the game. At one point I saw some “banned room” message but I have no idea what triggered that, if it’s relevant, how to trigger it again or how to resolve it. I’m fairly tech savvy and have a house full of devices. I haven’t had a device give me trouble like this in a long time. I’m guessing there’s a bug in the app. The guns work without the app but my kids want to be able to track their progress and unlock upgrades which is a huge point of using the app. I typically don’t like to leave negative reviews but I tried using the contact support link here at the top of the reviews page in the iOS App Store but that just links to a phone number that just gives a busy signal so my only recourse is to post a review here and warn others about issues with multiplayer games using the app.
How do I join a game

So it is my brother and my first time playing this app and we looked at the instructions and the box and the internet and we CAN NOT find how to JOIN. So we have no clue of how to play this game and no clue how to join!?
Good app but with only one flaw

I recently bought the guns and this app but I can’t seem to play with others on the same g.mail/ Apple ID account. Could there be anyway you can make it so people on the same iTunes account can play with eachother?
Doesn’t work

Lost connection to server, couldn’t find the guns, complaining no battery. To play once you will need to spend 15 minutes and clicking through 1 million buttons. Not good.
