libra to Scorpio

I was born at 12:32 during July. I’m typing my birthday info in the app and when I’m done it makes my Ascendant a Scorpio. I’ve changed my birth info before but I’ve always been a libra ascendant. I don’t know if time changed or something or maybe it’s just a bug but, my whole chart changed. There was a update I think a few weeks back but that’s when my chart changed.

The app used to be wonderful but recently it hasn’t been as good as it was previously. Instead of a rundown of your horoscope all they give you is 2 sentences worth of writing that seems like it’s been typed by a kindergartner. Definitely not the worse but not the best either, I’ll be looking for a different app to view my horoscope.

Wrong ascendant

I love using this app, but after re downloading it, it gives me the wrong ascendant sign. It doesn’t just do it for me either, I’ve plugged in a few birthdates and the ascendant is wrong for the other birthdays as well. It says I’m a Cancer ascendant, and I am not. I am a Gemini ascendant. For my friend it says he’s a Virgo ascendant, he is a Leo ascendant. I can’t really use the app anymore if it doesn’t give me the correct ascendant. I’ve been into astrology for a bit now, I checked several different charts to verify I’m not a cancer ascendant, and everything else except this app says it’s Gemini not Cancer. I really liked this app, but I can’t use it if my ascendant is wrong ?

Ordered this yesterday 1-25-21 and $32.65 was taken from my account today ! There was no free trial. Canceled the subscription as well as deleted the app, how can you be trusted with truthful horoscopes when you’re clearly fabricating free trials? No thank you. Would post my purchase history screenshot as proof of dates, but I am unable to. I give 0 stars !! & I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!

Charged me during “free trial”

I downloaded Nebula just to try a new astrology app. After downloading I was prompted to the subscription option, I chose the “3 day free trial” that would charge $23 every 3 months there after. I then put in my birth information and was given a different ascendent (rising sign) than I had previously calculated... several times using multiple different websites and programs... I immediately deleted the app knowing any information given wasn’t to be trusted. Soon after I noticed they charged me... after using the app for 10 minutes.. during the “free trail”. Obvious scam.

They reuse the same horoscopes...

I would’ve given 5 stars prior to today, because I really loved the app. However, waking up today to read my horoscope I noticed it is the same. exact. horoscope. that I had just 6 days prior. Literally word for word in the horoscope. Majorly disappointing

This app took money out of my account 3 times a month, UNAUTHORIZED, and continued to take money out of my account after I had deleted the app off my phone. HUGE SCAM Save yourself the time and energy and DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Ascendent sign glitch

I’ve had this app for a while now and love it, but recently starting to have issues. It has always showed me as a Scorpio ascendent, as well as other apps I’ve used. Now all of a sudden it’s switched my ascending sign to Sagittarius. I’m using the same correct birthdate, time of birth and birthplace as when I first got this app. I’ve tried logging in and out several times and putting my information back in, but it still keeps showing Sagittarius rising. My sun and moon sign is still correct, only my ascending has changed, and now my chart is all thrown off. Please fix this or I don’t feel the need to use this app anymore, when it’s showing me incorrect information.
